The Editors We are pleased to announce that the Journal will be published six times each year, starting from this issue, thanks to the large number of excellent manuscripts the Journal is receiving. This will have an important effect on shortening the time between submission and publication. In addition, a new section entitled 'Early Communications' is being added. This new section is intended for manuscripts dealing with very important issues, but which are still in the early phases of development, and are expected to have significant impact in the future.
